Help us build the Rutledge Beacham Education and Research Fund

Rutledge Beacham, RPA, dedicated his career to advancing real estate education and research. His impact was felt far beyond the borders of Atlanta and Georgia.

Rutledge, who passed away in 2010, was a proven commercial real estate professional and devoted BOMA member, creating a long-lasting legacy during his 22-year career at Carter. He was an active BOMA member serving as BOMA-Atlanta president, and BOMA Southern Region president. He was also recognized with BOMA-Atlanta’s highest honor, the Huey Award, and was awarded Life Membership in the Southern Region.
