While all the fun and heart-pumping excitement brought on by the 2017 Southern Region Conference may be attributed to premier networking opportunities, top-notch educational programming, compelling subject matter experts and the annual awards program, the BOMA Georgia Foundation is adding Morning Exercise Sessions sponsored by Ready Fitness for conference goers Friday and Saturday mornings.
The exercise sessions will take place in the courtyard area near the property’s Japanese Zen garden and fitness center. Why exercise alone? Connect with your colleagues, sweat off the night before and get your conference day started off right!
Exercise may include, aerobics, Tai Chi and strength training exercises to help you both physically and mentally prepare for the day.
