Greg has been in the Real Estate Business for over 34 years, holding various positions. Starting his career working as an engineer in a 4 million square foot hospital in the Northeast, he started as a rotating engineer, then refrigeration apprentice, moved onto being a licensed engineer in high pressure boilers and refrigeration systems in the State of New Jersey and Universal CFC Certification.
While working for the hospital he was promoted to Electrical/HVAC and Safety Manager for the hospital and all satellite facilities owned by the hospital.
After 18 years he switched to the Commercial side of the business as a Director or Engineering for a 3 million square feet trophy property in New Jersey with over 80 employees reporting to him.
Two years after doing so, he was promoted to a Property Manager for approximately 1 million square feet of property.
Shortly after, he moved to Georgia staying with the Gale Company at the time before being hired by Cousins Properties. There he managed over 1 million square feet of property for almost 11 years as a Senior Property Manager.
During this time he has won two Toby Awards, Property Manager of the Year and the Huey Award. He has served twice on the Board of Directors, has served as various committee chair and helped launch the Engineering 101 program, to name a few. He has also managed significant TI projects, ranging upwards of 280,000 square feet in size.
Now with CBRE as a Senior Real Estate Manager, he just completed an 80 million dollar renovation project to the building for the client he represents that includes state of the art infrastructure, interior finishes and a 10 story stairwell built onto the exterior of the building.
He recently obtained his Georgia Real Estate License and is assisting CBRE expand their relationship with the client he represents.
