Christie has been in Sales and Management for 16 years and with ABM since 2010. Her current position as Senior Business Development Manager with ABM includes responsibility for all new business in the Southeast Region consisting of 7 States and 10 Business Development Managers and over $20 million in annual revenues.
Her primary responsibilities are to provide leadership, guidance and training to the sales team and acts as ABM’s Subject Matter Expert for Commercial Real Estate market throughout the Southeast Region.
Marie Kastens, Managing Director of Asset Services for CBRE Atlanta, oversees the company's strategic property management responsibilities. This includes a portfolio of approximately 36 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties located in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Marie has been involved in real estate management, leasing and marketing for more than 20 years and joined CBRE in 2012. In addition, she also has a wide range of experience in acquisitions, leasing, project management, investment sales and new market development. She served as the 2004 President of BOMA Atlanta and continues to be active with the Association.
As Vice President, Asset Management, Mark is responsible for all operations of a 186-building portfolio of healthcare assets, located in 30 states. His core responsibilities include asset management, property management, client relations and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Physicians Realty Trust, Markwas responsible for overseeing Duke Realty's healthcare portfolio, totaling 6.5 million square feet in 16 states.
Becky is principal of Hanner Commercial Asset Services, a firm that provides Asset Management, strategic planning and training. She is a recognized thought leader known for growing businesses while positively cultivating internal and external relationships. She drives strategy and new business development through her vast network of contacts and ability to keep a pulse on industry trends. A skilled mentor, Becky develops a strong work culture focused on high expectations, collaboration, and quality service delivery, and achieving process improvements through employee engagement.
